Earth Science: Soil

Last week, we learned about soil. We took a tour around the school building and made a circle map of the way soil is used around school. Then we went to the science lab and compared/contrasted four different types of soil. We examined them using hand lenses. Then we journaled what soil is made of. We read the story The Wonderful World of Worms and made a "dirt" treat!
